Hi! I have pots syndrome and that is not passing out. Reason one: she went towards the bed. She did this to protect herself. Reason two: her knees didn’t bend. Reason three: you don’t pass out immediately, first you get lightheaded and dizzy, then you hear your breathing loudly, then you vision starts to go black. Sometimes your ears ring very loudly you can’t hear someone screaming at you. Reason 4: it’s so obvious when someone fake passes out.

I’m pretty sure if you have low iron, you don’t faint. You just become very dizzy and your vision becomes black now if your iron is seriously low and it becomes a serious problem then you would faint.
