Ohh Jonna, I actually paused your video when it first started showing your photography of the night sky. I needed to know if anyone else was as sad as me to see so many satellites. I was born in 1960 and also live in the country. So much of my life was spent enjoying the beautiful stars in the night sky. When I returned to your video you talk about how disturbed you are also! Sometimes I feel humanity is spinning out of control. Technology, AI, etc. all implemented without considering the consequences.

No, unfortunately, you’re not the only one who has noticed how incredibly busy the night sky has become with satellite traffic. Just yesterday, I watched another video by a creator who was really upset about the same issue while capturing a timelapse of the sky. 😔 Several other YouTubers, content creators, artists, wildlife photographers and astrophotographers have noticed this too, and some have even started raising awareness of it. It’s concerning how dramatically the number of satellites in orbit has increased in such a short time. 🌌 I love your videos. I honestly don’t think you get enough credit for all the thought, effort, and love you put into your videos. ❤️ From capturing the night sky and recording the beautiful, otherworldly sounds of ice on a frozen lake, to the little things like hanging jewellery on a tree, and the way you tell your stories so effortlessly… it’s so much more than just beautiful cinematography. Yes, I've noticed it too, there's MANY more satellites. It's actually crazy. I don't do time lapses, but I noticed it even by just looking at the night sky. Apparently it's mainly for global Internet connection via satellites and in general they are commercializing space more and more 😢 Beautiful video as always ❤

There was a time way back when that you could look up at the starry night sky and be so awestruck, understanding that you were looking at something utterly mysterious, amazing and heavenly! However over these last few decades that mystery and glory is disappearing quicker and quicker as the night sky fills with objects and lights and trains of bright dots all in a perfect line (Skylink)! Soon they will need traffic lights up there and all of that mystery will be gone!!☹️
