I agree with Carlo. Try and laugh when you are sick. Get your support person to make silly jokes, black humor, anything. Laughing really helped us getting through my cancer with all its necessary procedures. Good thing I married my husband for his sense of humor. I am a twenty-year survivor!
I so enjoy the walks along the beach, peaceful. It renews my spirit, once again.
