Joe Hart is a true breath of fresh air after all the YouTube armchair analysers. Breaking it down like this exposes the complexity of professional football as something more than just “he should’ve saved that”
Excellent punditry. Informative, empathetic & well spoken. Harty is one of the best out there at the moment
It’s really interesting when a former goalkeeper analyses a goalkeeper rather than an ex-forward saying “He ShOuLD hAvE SaVeD tHaT”
Great punditry, I’ve actually learnt something about how to view goalkeeping replays and it’s all the more interesting to hear from someone with so much experience.
I do love Joe Harts analysis because he always teaches you something I like Henry for the same reason
Top tier explaining that!
Look at that passion in his description eyes didnt leave the screen for validation thats ball knowledge someone that really Knows what there talking about got a lot of respect for him as a pundit
One of the best pundits atm. He breaks things down, doesn't just give an opinion.
Thierry Henry and Joe Hart seriously offer something to that Sky Sports team that they just wouldn't have without them; Intellectual conversation regarding the game we love.
I always think the best pundits are the one's that help the viewer to understand how and why something has happened the way it has, rather than just voicing their opinion. Alan Hansen was always great at explaining defensive mistakes in the build up to a goal.👍
Great analysis
Just reading the comments. It’s so true, we’d normally get an ex forward saying “he’ll be disappointed with himself, he should be saving that”. It’s nice getting technical insights and learning more about the game.
Finally someone describes from a GK POV. Good man Joe
Pickford is honestly a phenomenal goalkeeper and it was an extremely difficult situation, the fact he even got a hand to it is kind of crazy, a LOT of goalkeepers wouldn't have even gotten close
I love how he shows that keeping is a specialty position that regular footballers don't understand
Nice to see someone with goalkeeping knowledge giving an insight what’s it like to be a keeper. Also in detail btw none of this “keeper should have done better”
Such a great pundit insightful, concise and doesn't just speak for the sake of it
That’s some of the best analysis Iv seen.. I thought I was bad goalkeeping.. now I understand he was right up against it
We need more goalkeeping analysis. Analysts are no more informed about goalkeeping than the average fan. If a keeper gets his hand on something it’s “he should’ve saved that” or “he’d be disappointed”
Joe is a great pundit
