In this clip, Shravan explains why AI-driven layoffs in India haven't truly peaked yet and what will trigger the shift once major Indian IT service companies invest heavily in AI infrastructure. We also discuss how companies decide who to retain during layoffs, the top 3 roles most at risk (Testing, niche Developers, and Tech Support), and why viewing AI as personal career "fuel" is the key to surviving the transition. 🔔 Subscribe to AskJai Clips for more discussions on tech careers, industry realities, and career growth! #askjaiclips #askjai #telugupodcast #AILayoffs #IndianIT #TechJobs #FutureOfWork #ITCareers Full Podcast link: https://youtu.be/3XWve3awgyA Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/askjaiuk/ Like 👍 | Share 📤 | Subscribe 🔔 for more inspiring stories and podcast clips!

I feel India is going to see Layoffs soon. People who have more than 8 years of experience, but can't take a decision on System design and Architecture or any high level details, will be replaced. Present at my org, 100% code is done by AI, reviewed by AI. Hard times are ahead!
The senior level ,junior level and mid level roles will be re defined soon. Total hierarchy will be re defined compare to conventional team
At this Agentic AI period, we are seeing mass layoffs. In future, AI enhances more that means more difficult to get any software jobs. I don't think there will be job opportunities in AI era.
Service based indian MNC rocks in future. Ai is nothing in front of our brain.. But don't take lite, stay vigilant & be AI fluent.
Good entertainment.
Hello, sravan 2 months back visa india lo kuda layoff ayai...
Already started. Doing periodically. Even opening position very less. Bad days for software engineer. It's no more paradise for every one. It mostly saturated like mechanical jobs.
Simple logic: AI can understand and deliver, no doubt about it. There is no value left for freshers, and no value for 20+ year experienced developers/SMEs. Right now, GPUs are costly, so some companies are still preferring senior folks. The day GPUs become cheap in 1 to 2 years, there will be no value for seniors or SMEs either—it is always the breadth of knowledge one can provide. Do you think if GPUs become cheap, US or European companies will still offshore their work to Indian IT employees? demand of IT employees will come down if need to build our inhouse India products and create employment
Govt and It companies holding layoffs as it will impact economy, US dont care
Nee Moham already, chala companies agents ni vadukodaniki ready ga unnaru , konnintlo vadutunnaru , only vadani areas, where key business data like pii , security paramga alochinchi hold lu unnaru, inkonni rojullo aa security control vasthe , katham tata good bye chebutharu employees ki
You must be living in a cave if you think the layoffs havent started in india
Good information and eye opening…
