When a mom that cooks at her age has something to make. You always see them taking their time, not rushing, and enjoying the process. Gorden is a chef in a high command position, on a fast paced environment, with an ego hes trying to defend. His mother has time, patience, and love to put into the food and thats what wins everytime. If you can slow down just a bit, the outcome is usually better.
