Brad was born with Tourette Syndrome, a neurological disorder that makes him involuntarily twist his neck and make strange noises. His symptoms get worse when he feels nervous. During his school years, his unusual behaviors made him ridiculed by classmates and misunderstood by teachers, who all thought he was deliberately disrupting class. Fortunately, his junior high principal gave him a chance to talk about his condition at an all-school assembly. After learning the truth, people began to understand him. This experience strengthened Brad’s dream: to become a teacher who accepts and treats every child kindly. After many failed job interviews, Brad finally got a job as an elementary school teacher. He openly told his students about his disorder, used humor to ease awkwardness, cared for every pupil patiently and ran his classroom with love. In the end, he won the award for Best First-Year Teacher. #FrontOfTheClass #MovieReview #InspirationalMovie #TouretteSyndrome #NeverGiveUp ✨🎬

Good job on that principal! He made it clear to all of them what Tourettes is and how Brad feels while also showing them how to make it happen a bit less by just ignoringthem. The teachers should have done that from the beginning.
Now, that's the kind of principles we need in every school
Ignorance is a sickness too, but unlike others it can be cured.
That principal deserves a hug and that child deserves the best in life.
I have a friend with Tourette's. One day we had a sub in our English class. While we were working quietly, he kept having tics, and the sub said very angrily" Stop making that noise." Some of the students told her that he has Tourette's, and the response she gave them was very ugly. I never saw that sub at my school again.
Great principle that helped a kid
The boy plays the character brilliantly.
People were so insensitive to people who had this disease. It’s freaking ridiculous.
We absolutely loved him at Mt. View Elementary in Marietta, GA. He was a joy for both of my nieces.
Compassion is not a sign of weakness. It's a beautiful thing. ❤
The teacher needed to be dealt with
Principal should've held his staff accountable
Tears in my eyes. We never know. Be kind!!
Sometimes it's not the sickness that matters but the way people treat the affected person
