Guys, spoiler alert, dont read if u dont want 2: Technically, sam and percy started dating, but he broke up with her, because he went to school. She was so mad, and grew close with the older brother, and hooked up with him, and then left the town, out of guilt. 16 years later, sams mum died, and she came back to the funeral. Sam already had a fiance by then, and percy and sam become close again. Sam breaks up with his current girlfriend, and asks percy to be with him, but then she tells him how she hooked up with the brother, and sam becomes depressed. att the end, she gets noone.
