I used to work at a shop in NJ and only worked on Gallardos for 2.5 years.. That actuator can 100% just be rebuilt with new seals and orings. II've done it 100 times. Such a common issue. Difference between $5k and $15.00..
Should just do an engine out inspection and fix up like lines and leaks, electrical. and do manual swap same time.
I think its pretty neat a brand is willing to help out where they can with certain proprietary aspects of vehicles

Sounds like a solenoid for that clutch pack, usually 1,3,5 then 2,4,6 depends could be just dirty or it could be toast
Gated manual FTW! Let the KISS method apply - buy once -cry once and never worry about a flappy paddle/hydraulic system or computer/software to interface with it again. The e gear eats clutches.
add a little fluid, see if the line pressure increases, keep adding until you get the desired line pressure, re-learn and see if you get lucky.
