When Saying βNoβ Breaks All the Rules π A cost-cutting threat hangs in the air... But what really flavors this moment is something unexpected. A secret ingredient that canβt be measured in dollars. She guards her recipe with fierce pride... And when challenged, the sharp wit cuts deeper than any insult. What unfolds is a clash of respect, power, and unapologetic boldness. π Sometimes standing your ground means speaking your truth boldly. π Protecting what matters isnβt about rulesβitβs about heart. π Humor can be the bravest way to reclaim control in difficult moments. The uncomfortable truth? True respect isnβt given just because of status or threats. Itβs earned through courage, authenticity, and standing firm on your values. So the real question is: How often do we underestimate the power of confidence over hierarchy? ππ¬ Credits: The Help β οΈ DM for credit or removal request (no copyright intended) β οΈ . . . . #courage #respect #boldness #shorts

Notice how Mrs Walterβs doesnβt reach for the pie again, she just tilts her head. She knows something is up. Sheβs not stupid.
Diabolical to cut off the best part, when Hilly realizes what's in the pie and her own mother laughs at her.
No you cut it before mammas deep belly laughing ππ
πππ "No ma'am, but you about to. Because you just did."
how much vanilla you gotta put in a pie to not instantly spit out the taste of shit lol
I donβt get it, they made their food, trusted their kids with them, work in their house but considered lower in social hierarchy kind of like untouchables
The best detail is the fact her teeth is covered in it π
Super depressed song for one of the funniest scenes of the movie
Crazy to think that you would fuck with people the way they did and then trust them to make your food
Love that while Mrs Walter is a grown ass women and could treat Minnie with more dignity and respect than she does- sheβs always on her side, because she knows how evil her own daughter is.
βThe Helpβ is an excellent movie
I've always thought it was interesting how in a split second she could talk down to her like she's garbage and barely human at all, and then ask what do you put in this pie to make it taste so good? Like she's talking to a friend about baking. It makes me wonder about the dynamics of racism back then, and even back to slavery, how maybe sometimes they acted more normally maybe even nice and then would switch to talking to them like they're garbage.
Someone had to stand up to this nasty woman. I love this part. β€β€β€
The rest of the clip after they cut, ms walters laughs her azz off π€£π€£
Run Minnie run!! π Laughing hysterically
There's like serious questions about how this would work, did she test any to see if it would be detectable ??? What about ratios?
Blacks thinking this is some sort of reality is absolutely laughable
"You ate two pieces!"ππππ
Once I thought, Sissy Spacek (didnβt know her name then) was a sister to Kevin Bacon π
So she really put her poop in the pie?!??? πππ Iβve never seen this movie but I kinda want to now! π
