as someone who works in the gaming industry aka casino wise and has a license to allow me to work on certain stuff whilst being a supervisor. Do not gamble folks, while i wouldn't claim each casino tries to rig games the games are most definitely set up to not be in your favor. Also to put it in perspective but the casino i work at doesn't allow certain jobs/positions to play any games for alot of reasons. 1- being they don't really want people to get an addiction and 2- because depending on your job/position might give you more freedom to do certain tasks on machines that might allow you to access certain things you shouldn't/so you cant form a close relationship with someone in another department to attempt to cheat card games. : ) Don't gamble folks its not worth it in the end.

they should make tasks for the pit boss to finish while the rest gamble. So the person playing as the pit boss has to move around and not just hover over tables. Or remove nametags so the gamblers blend into the NPCs.
