I feel like it should be common sense that if you’re going to live in a country and operate a vehicle, you should know how to speak the language just a little bit. Jesus😭

you should have to learn at least couple basic words in the countries native language to be able to have a license there. if i moved to europe and wanted a valid license i would want to know some basic words like lights crash stop go turn etc in the native language.

It bothers me that people move to amrica and dont k ow enough english just to get by. At least have enough reapect to learn the main language of the country wherevere you move to. I would never move to a foreign cou try and not learn at least enough german to ask basic questions or basic interaction words. I feel its a respect of the country. If i offended anyone to bad.

There are people on the road that are illiterate or deaf. As long as you know basic road safety and how to recognize a sign. Its not mandatory to know the dominant language of a country.

Biker needs to mind his business, laughing so he clearly wasn’t telling him to turn on his lights for safety he was saying it to get him in trouble and laugh at him and to get the car driver in trouble.

You gotta be extremely brave to reside in any country where you won't be able to effectively communicate for everyday things that help you get through everyday life unless you learn the native language. I would be terrified.

It’s surprising how this often happens. I see it quite a bit being on the road 🤦‍♂️. You would think that by now all cars would have the lights be automatic 🤷‍♂️
