Steve Kerr is lowkey goated for putting a player he subbed out only to sub him back in 30 secs later cause Luka was talking smack 😂
That Rook ain't ducking, gotta respect that
The nba needs more of this
Im absolutely loving the competitiveness and spirit these NBA guys are playing with to start the season. 🔥
The fact that a rookie can even get Luka’s attention like that says a lot about the rookies potential
This reminds me of old school ball. Bring this back and i might watch it again
Imagine if all players played D like that. I'd come back for sure.
New generational beef just dropped
“You can’t guard me” while he’s guarding him
That was some grade A defense.
Mad props to Yaxel, kid held his own, I'm sure his teammates loved it.
Respect to the rook going against a great.
spurs okc got chippy, wolves miami got chippy feels like the nba might have one hell of a season again, rivalries are back on the table
im a laker fan for life.. but good shit rookie.. we need more of this in the nba.
Much respect to the rookie ! Can’t wait to see these two go at it more in the future! Exactly what the NBA needs! 💯
Kerr told him not to poke the bear when he pulled him second half lol
Yaxel being a 24 year old rookie is crazy. Luka was already a 5x all star Love the heat. Can’t wait to watch these teams play again
Getting Luka upset like that? Great job rook!
That rookie a dawg he tore it up at Michigan he ain’t backing down.
Steve Kerr is building the rookie’s confidence. By putting him back in the game, he literally said I believe in your defense so go get him.
