Holy throw in 😱 (samselinasoccer/IG)

Yall it’s not illegal it’s fine.. player on my team does em all the time, both feet are on the ground before you throw, ball starts behind head, that’s kinda it bro

This sum blue lock shi😭 but w throw in

the ref was in awe 😂

Imagine being grown adults hating on a 10 year old who's about to be 11 for just doing what she loves is insane. And BTW I play with her and I hopes she keeps up the great work. It is legal and it's really cool and there is a point the point is to have fun, throw far, and make it look great, SO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SELINA❤❤❤❤

Guys it is legal as long as when it leaves ur hands your feet are on the ground

That is actually so impressive. 👏👏I do think she’s doing it to get a bigger throw in because it gives her more power.

You can do further if you train without a flip, get a ball and fill it with soap water or whatever makes it bounce but heavy, throw it close to a wall, catch, repeat, go a little further when strong enough and keep throwing, do this daily or something for about a month and you pick up a normal ball and it feels so light you could throw it further than the width of the pitch (if you train well)

Used to do same throw 30 years ago, glad to see it still happening.

hi! non - soccer player here! what are the point of these flips? don’t get me wrong she’s so pro! i’m just curious - do they help you throw farther? 😅

is that saint louis scott gallagher? i think that club is pretty popular

not really that useful, but hey, it looks cool

No way she is 10, 10 year old throwing that far no way, that is also an 11v11 field it looks like so she is not 10

Raising awareness about what happened at Cornell. A woman was sexually assaulted by 7 men over 7 hours, while a group chat included 57 fraternity members. Messages about her were shared in the chat, and the case has raised serious questions about why more people did not step in to help. She deserves to be heard, supported, and treated with respect. Her story matters, and people need to know what happened. GUYS PLEASE COPY PAST THIS INTO AS MANY SHORTS AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The team is Scott Gallagher I used to play for them At least I think

correct me if I’m wrong because I don’t play soccer or football, but I thought both you had to be on the ground if you threw the ball in the field or the pitch or something

Yeah it’s cool but there’s no reward for that it’s easier to do a normal throw in

No point of this btw my teammates throw the ball farther it’s just very unnecessary 😭

Two words. GIRL. POWER. ✊️✊️😝
