Arsenal was the same 7 years ago, they need a manager to change the enternal culture of the club, not a coach to change the on-field performance of the team, they could be top of the league today, but if the club isn't setup correctly, the bad environment will just drag them back down even if they buy all the best players in every single position.

He always calls out non English players whether it's salah or Bruno. Has he called out trashford for playing almost 500 minutes this year, walking straight into starting 11 in beginning of the year and being absolute shite with amazing line of 0 assists and 0 goals. But no, let's single out the only player who actually gives a f and has stuck with this abysmal club.

Last season was a team coached by Amorim, this season is Carrick’s team and it just shows you the lack of coaching ability. Bruno was right to call out Carrick’s incompetence. Just because someone knows the club and loves it, doesn’t mean they’re qualified to manage it
