The reason why being published in a recognised journal is so important, is that to be published your work is reviewed by other experts in the field to ensure you haven’t made any mistakes/made stuff up. Peer review is incredibly important for this reason, even if the trade off is a slightly slower process.
“there will be no zoom on this map” has the same energy as “just one more improvement”
Trying to hit a million? Damn, it would be crazy to see that number next to Wirtual on YouTube. Hopefully it happens one day.
As someone that did publish a paper I have to say: the publishing is very important. Especially the peer review process. Yes it can be annoying but it raises the standard of the research and challenges your methods. Personally I never trust hypothesis that are unpublished, even if I find them plausible. Having a peer look over your methods is so important. Also there are very affordable journals and you can always collaborate with a university that will pay the fees if you share the authorship with someone from there (not co 1st, but 2nd or 3rd author.)
Thank you for always creating such enjoyable videos. I always have a great time watching them! ❤😊
Do NOT trust anything Graham Hancock says. Miniminuteman has some videos explaining why you shouldn't trust him.
30:35 as one of the sleepers, thank you🙏
Ngl im so excited for the pyramid/ Egypt content, I hope it's as great as a experience as you could want and praying your toothache stays away for it.
17:20 Someone in chat said it wouldn't be retracted regardless and while this depends on context they're likely correct. Papers are retracted when they are demonstrated to be poor or biased research, not merely because their conclusions are demonstrated to be incorrect.
grab your popcorn for 1 hour of content
9:06 They were in fact aligning to a star... it just happened to be the closest one
"Trying to beat the hardest Champion medals no P"
Just also touching on the “no TTS/alerts” topic, I have said for yearrrrrrs that anything that takes away from the viewer experience is a terrible idea. Drives me up the wall when you wanna tune into a stream and you’re just constantly getting hit with another shitty meme/audio clip every couple of minutes. Cannot understand for the life of me how streamers tolerated that and thought it was a worthwhile thing to do. This format that you’re rocking nowadays is so much better. Chat on screen so people can still get their dopamine rush from seeing themselves on stream, but it doesn’t take away from my viewing experience… perfect!
6:32 "that was ugly. That was so ugly" and it's the cleanest line I've ever seen
The best timer zoom moments are when his expression doesn't change xD
Wirtual is actually an alien so he built the pyramids and that is why he is so fascinated by them, I figured it out
Can’t wait for the every champ medal goal to just go away and your next trackmania stream to be for the winter campaign
7:41 what a NASTY green timer zoom
7:42 is actually evil
The best thing about the timer zooms is you don't know if it's going to zoom out to a new PB or zoom out to Wirtual yapping about ancient Earth lore.
