As a Realtor and avid gardener, when I listed my own home I suspected my gardens might be a problem and boy, was I right! Showing after showing revealed that buyers loved the gardens but were completely afraid of them. They didn't know how to tend them so preferred a more simple easy- care property even though I promoted that they were easy care perennials etc. Advice: simplify the garden in a major way. Next, offer in the listing that you will return x number of times to train/coach the new owner.

Put a big sign out front that says, YOU ARE ON CAMERA. You could always really record them and then submit the recording to the police. Some people are so gross. Loved the longer video. 💚

The garden looks so nice, it can breathe now. Will look more inviting for prospective buyers, not so cluttered. I think the greenhouse might make a nice playroom for children when weather turns bad. Makes the property look bigger. Great job today!

I agree on the dumping trash. Yard trash or other trash looks awful. They don't want to look at it,we'll neither do the people who's property they are toss it on. Hate to see trash on the highway sides where people throw stuff out of their vehicles while traveling.😢

Now this house can show the structure you’ve built outside which is what matters to most. While it’s sad to see all the color go, there’s a brighter future at the farm. I am so excited to watch you and Brent weave a new tapestry of color and texture. ❤

My kinzleys ghost did the same thing. I had to put it in morning sun and no afternoon sun. Now it is looking beautiful. I miss your old house and garden but love you, Brent and Freya at the new house. I know you guys are now in a very hard living space but in the end you guys are going to have a new fabulous home.
