Renault India just unveiled their Duster in Hybrid avatar. The car gets 1.8L 4Cylinder petrol engine producing 160ps of power and 208 nm of torque. With help of a 1.4kW battery under the bonnet and a complex gearbox it is claimed to return 29kmpl under ideal conditions. I will test that soon and let you know.
