When in doubt throttle out
Those hyundais are pretty good budget lap vehicles, they can get down if you give them the chance.
Thats where knowing how to drift and having a good feel for it come in handy
Happened to me in a rental 440i going over an interchange too fast last month in Miami. In the right lane, understeer suddenly hits and we're a missile headed for the suv in the left lane, tap the brakes, understeer instantly dissappears and is traded for the rear end walking out slightly, saved it. My passenger had a panic attack from the oversteer. I was reminded of wise words Id heard before: "Understeer is when the driver panics, oversteer is when the passengers panic".
That’s why both tire companies and automakers say always put your best tires on the rear

Legit skill. People don’t understand how fast and how big you need to react to catch the beginnings of an “unwanted rotation about the normal axis” 😂
That wasn’t a brake tap… That was the wheels become airborne and touching back down making that chirp.
It’s honestly harder to regain control of fwd
I couldnt say the same on apr25 man fast and them rear tires cought grip with front and send me to a rock mountain at 50 - 65 mph got cervical surgery still alive man thank god nothing happen to him
I can tell hes a amazing driver because he immediately knew to never allow an overcorrection, he was quick with that wheel
I took mine to the track and learned real quick not to break while cornering in it. 😂 def made me a better driving on the backroads.
Bro that was the most insane save I’ve ever seen
The Elantra N will lift off oversteer pretty easily due to the chassis stiffening they did. It can be fun at times 😂
"What a save" the calmest guy whos never wrecked a car before obviously
I thought this was someone's simulator setup.
Bro had no finesse 😤
Mild skills, but excellent abs/tc/stability control
180km/h is about 110mph impressive still, knowing most people would loose control quickly.
