I feel more understood by this video 10 minutes in than by the people that have known me my whole life.
dude i thought this shit was normal
Its exhausting, constantly thinking about every possibility, seeing all the negatives in every situation and never truly trusting anyone.
So you’re not ‘overthinking’… you’re just running a full FBI investigation on every vibe.”
I like being this way I am almost never surprised. Its like reading the future
I love reading this comment section and feeling a connection with so many people I don't know)
awesome. now i'm hyper aware of why i'm always hyper aware.
“Can we talk” are the 3 scariest words I’ve ever read
You've got to learn to avoid toxic people because they're like a magnet for your energy, no respect.
Best solution I found is constantly be playing YouTube through headphones It doesn't fully get rid of the awareness but it splits your attention enough to where you don't notice as much
After 40 years of this, I feel dulled. I've taught myself that I am over thinking. I have to constantly reject these thoughts that I can't stop.
Wishing peace to the poor souls who are both HSP and hyper vigilant. I feel you. 🥺
A lot of people who were labels as “gifted” as children are also HSP and HSA. One of the things that make it so difficult for these people to function in the adult world is when they realize that the vast majority of humans don’t even perceive or process 1/10th of the information they get from the world around them. This is also why these people also have such highly developed pattern recognition skills.
Best part is having this, is you can clearly tell when someone is trying to emotionally guilt trip you, and you can see through manipulation.
I hate being like this, it’s legit killing me. I’m constantly in “fight, flight, freeze or fawn” and have so much inflammation from stress.. 🤦🏻♀️
"They cannot just enjoy the moment" As simple as this statement is, it cripples me the most. I feel robbed of small joys. One second im laughing it up with everyone, then stoned faced the next. Thinking of the realities of it all. Once that blindfold is off life is never the same. Ignorance is truly bliss.
I feel like I should be getting royalties from this video. The only part of the entire video that didn’t apply to me was “people like being around them.”
"Need to learn how to accept things but not absorb them" Lowkey needed to hear that g
It’s always a comforting feeling when you’re reminded that even the most complex things we go through, there are people out there who are dealing with the same thing.
