Tip for card shufflers. Buy an antique card shuffler. They are less expensive and the tech has changed so little that the main difference is the antiques are not electronic.

Not sure about the rest, but I highly recommend the portable treadmill or something similar. I have a mini stairmaster that I put in front of a tall desk so I can play games on my computer while I work out
