Looks delicious! I adore tofu. A tip I learned is to soak the tofu block in well salted, boiled water for 10 to 15 mins. Drain well, and slice into desired pieces. It really gets rid of the package taste while mildly seasoning it.😊

We have this at least 4 times a month, especially in winter. It is so easy and quick, and we even make the sauce ahead of time and store it in jars in the freezer for times when even quick and easy takes too long.

Oh, dang. This looks amazing and simple! I’m definitely going to try it. I don’t have gochugaru, so I might sub gochujang for a similar flavor profile.

Looks delicious. Some people add cornstarch. But it looks amazing even without it, so I guess there's no need?

역시 두부조림은 굽고 조리는게 맞아, 양념이 잘 베여서 맛있지요 단점은 시간이 지나면서 딱딱해지는 거지만

I'd recommend cutting the tofu into cubes. Boiling in salted water for 5 to 7 minutes. This process draws out the moisture from the tofu and enables it to soak up more flavour. I use 1 to 2 level teaspoons salt per litre of water.

Looks so good! Can maple syrup be used instead of sugar?
