2 isn’t worth if you’re getting in depth answers or stutter a lot. Some real tips would be 1. Give rules on what to do, give instructions of what you want, and give an example or sample output you want 2. Request for confidence on an answer while expressing to it of the possibility of being wrong on its answer. 3. Request it to formulate in a Tree-Of-Though answer instead of the standard Chain-Of-Thought method. 4. What always seems to work for me is making a council meeting with different AIs with different personality goals (Strategic, Rusher, Self-Doubtful, etc..) 5 I would also find it well worth telling it to put 10 problems and 10 solutions to those problems I have way more methods but, I’ll leave them there. I use ChatGPT Pro for high level complex scenarios with no room for error. There is no way I would use Gemini or Opus 4.6 or anything like that when it’s high stakes. Few people have Pro so I get why you’d say that generally ChatGPT is good but there could be better alternatives for specific use cases. Still, the blanket statement is a bit much.

A tip I have found that works with almost all AI platforms. At the end of any chat session on a topic. Ask to list 5 key things on how productivity could have been improved in the session. Read the list, and tell the AI to remember the things you think are reasonable to improve on.
