This was honestly a really helpful guide. The biggest takeaway for me was that a strong AI business idea isn’t just the one that sounds the most exciting; it’s the one connected to a real pain point, clear willingness to pay, and something that can stay useful over time. Oh also, if I had to pick one path, I’d probably choose niche AI consulting / AI workflow implementation because it feels like a practical way to help a specific type of person or business actually use AI in their day-to-day work, learn what problems really matter, and eventually turn the repeated parts into a product. That is definitely a much more effective method than just chasing whatever AI idea is trending.
The way you organized the 14 methods into categories really helps, the AI lead generation and voice agents sections were especially practical for small businesses.
I just feel so blessed to be in this era and having great minds like Dan sharing the blueprint for the next generation.
