Dry aged beef can be ~50% more expensive than normal beef, so the price of the expensive one seems about right. I'm not saying it's good or worth it. Would recommend y'all to google dry aged beef if you aren't familiar with it. Very worth it for steaks, but I've never had it for burgers. I feel like grinding the meat and adding toppings that mask flavor makes it unnecessary to pay for dry aged burgers.

I have only tried Cowy and La Birra Bar, but I definitely think La Birra Bar is the best. (Might be biased cause i’m Argentinian)
