Meal prep is such an underrated thing. When I moved out to my first apartment doing it, it saved me money and so much time. I even lost weight that I needed to because of the portion control. Awesome job.

I grew up with a mom in a wheelchair and there were a lot of things she couldn’t do for me… but breakfast and packing lunches were always her specialty. Even in high school, she would still pack special lunches for me and write me notes ❤❤❤

I'm a single adult but I totally need to start prepping my snacks and lunches. It feels very intentional and makes things easier. It'll be a good habit for when I eventually do have kids!

If I had something like this growing up, I would’ve loved it! Kids always thought they were cool getting Lunchables to bring to school, so this is such a great way of having essentially the same style/design as them, but healthier, tastier, and cheaper! I might have to do something like this for my adult self 😂

At Walmart I get bite-size pre-cut pepperoni and salami bites I put those in my snack boxes ❤
