I love watching a man cook. My late husband was a chef, & we worked together for many years. I used to love watching him in the kitchen. Cooking was a part of his soul, his movements were so fluid & none were wasted movements. Watching him work was like watching a well-choreographed dance. This gentleman reminds me of those times. And the meals look absolutely delicious too!

Sometimes less is more. He is letting the food speak for itself. I loved it and wasn’t distracted by him talking …and therefore focused on the food prep and results.❤
