I add a scoop of protein powder to mine. It's the perfect breakfast/post workout meal.
The banana one looks incredibly delicious. Can't go wrong with banana, cinnamon, and vanilla
These are some FANTASTIC ideas. I like to make cranberry orange overnite oats. To the base oats, add about 1/8cup dried cranberries soaked in the juice and zest of half of a large orange, or about 3 tbsp orange juice. I also add about 1 tbsp ground flax seed, it adds fiber and a slightly nutty note.
For a sweetener, you can also mash half a banana with your milk before adding it to your oats and chia seeds. That's what I do and it works really well and I don't even really like bananas but I swear by it! So tasty!
For the metric size and us that don't meassure in cups. 1/2 cup=1.2dl or 120ml.😊 Thx for a great video. Trying them out now🙏
Base oat recipe in grams 80g oat 12g chia seed 120g milk 60g Greek yogurt 15g maple syrup
Remember to add a tiny pinch of salt to your oats!!! Makes a huge difference with flavor 😊

I have made almost all of your recipes for overnight oats for my daughter she loves every single one I have made but I have to say that the peanut butter cup it’s her favorite she told that the layer of chocolate on top was a wonderful surprise she loves it because she loves sweets thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes ❤
Chocolate cherry with cocoa powder, frozen cherries, chocolate chips and walnuts. 🎉I also like the classic apple, cranberry and pecans. 🎉Another great one is orange, cranberry, pecans and black pepper. 🎉
My wife and I love the Mocha Latte, and I've GOT to try that Chocolate Peanut Butter cup! That cracking sound into the chocolate shell is everything!
This is one of the best overnight oats videos I've watched, and I've watched a lot of them!! Thank you, thank you, and thank you again...
So I just made 3 of these: the banana bread, peanut butter cup and then I changed the mocha latte recipe a bit as I don't like coffee and oats together, so I made it into a chocolate coconut mix. Needless to say, all of them are delicious. I prepped 3 500ml jars so I have breakfast for the entire week. Amazing recipe, thank you!
My favorite flavor of overnight oats is carrot cake. I add one shredded carrot, 2 tablespoons of canned, crushed pineapple, walnuts or pecans, maple syrup cinnamon and nutmeg. 😋😋😋
SOYBEANS RISE UP
my go to has always been Oats, ground flax seed, and almond milk, sugar free strawberry greek yogurt and then I would mix it frozen raspberries, blueberries, and peach slices. The combo is amazing and ends up being so refreshing on a hot day because of the frozen fruits seems like your eating ice cream.
It's a game changer because of what it does to YOUR health. I am sure you all know how good this is for you, a chef that knows about the food he uses, Im impressed, GREAT IDEAS, it will help for preventative maintenance or disease prevention. GOOD JOB.
I've never been a fan of overnight oats but your recipes are making me want to try it again. Everything looks delicious! Thank you for sharing
I’ve been making this for a year now. I for a sweetener I use liquid Erythritol and I also use canned coconut milk, powdered flax seed, powdered nutmeg, and serve in the morning with nuts, seeds, fruit, dates, golden raisins, etc. My favorite breakfast for a year and I have t gotten tired of it, I loved your ideas too.
Is it just me does feel satisfying watching people become independant and make foods that look and taste good
