Recteq Dual Fire 1200 Best of both worlds!
I was in the market 2 years ago for a pellet grill and watched you videos and decided to buy the searwood. Couldn’t be happier with the versatility of this grill, maintenance/cleanup and assembling was a breeze! I do have the rotisserie as well and love it! For my needs I would rate it a 10/10
I love my Big Green Egg XL , with the expander,
Retired chef, Pitboss Phoenix does everything I need from homemade bacon & smoked sausages, low & slow to chargrilled steaks. Best value out there.
Weber Summit E6 is my go to. Perfect blend of Kamado efficiency and Kettle technique. I also have A PKTX for its sweet retro vibes and portability.
I have two😂 For smoking I have the camp chef woodwind pro 36 and the good ole fashioned Weber kettle for grilling! I love both of them
GREAT INFO JEFF . VERY SPOT ON AS USUAL
I've been using Hasty Bake smoker/grill for over a year and it's great! My one pit problem solved!
Great video, thank you! I run the Yoder YS640s, just added the rotisserie and did a prime rib, tri-tip, and some whole chickens.. all came out excellent. Also use the Yoder pizza oven insert (really hard to beat a "wood" fired pizza).
I have had my XL Big Green Egg for 12 years and have smoked, grilled baked and flambed with it . With my homemade extra grill grate I have cooked a 20 lb brisket and two 9 lb each pork butt's before. I also have a Weber Smokey Mountain if I need to cook more a one time, but I have never needed to cook 3 or 4 brisket at one time and from what was shown here non of the grills could cook that many at one time. I also feel the BGE is more Swiss army knife like the pellet cooker, but you don't need electricity if know about fire management by cooking many things on it. It is about what you want to cook on that you feel comfortable and can afford. When I got my XL it wasn't as high in cost as they are now.
just bought a searwood xl getting delivered this week 😊😊
The searwood hitsit out of the park every time we fire it up
No mention of the Hasty Bake Legacy? Now that's a Swiss Army grill / smoker.
I just purchased a Weber Searwood XL 600 36 pellet smoker. I've had it for 2 months now. And I'm loving it.
I gotta Weber Master-Touch 22 and last week I stumbled upon WSM 18 inch on clearance at Lowe’s for $168.00. Of course I told my wife AFTER I bought it. She didn’t share my enthusiasm. 🤣
I added a Weber Master series kettle to my home cooking a couple of years ago . By the time I added the tool racks, a rotisserie, an extra grate an indirect cooking plate kit, a cover and some other things, I was over $900. And I see people selling good used kettles for $20 on Facebook. I wonder if a person could open a used Weber lot.....
Awesome info Jeff, always bringing a great entertaining video and guidance! Have a fantastic week brother! Cheers 🍻
I have one of the Masterbuilt auto-ignite 540. I didn't know about pausing the fan when opening the lid. Thank you for this. I'm going to start trying this on my next smoke.
I’m 25 and got into Grilling/ smoking last year! Current backyard setup is a Traeger woodridge pro Weber kettle Weber spirit Offset smoker that I’m able to smoke & grill on & a custom open fire pit ! Thinking of picking up a Weber searwood to try it out!
Bought a searwood. As you said super easy to use. I've reversed seared some steaks and done a 12 hour cook. Honestly one of best things I bought myself for sometime
