Does it only come with grill mark base? Or can is there an option to switch to flat surface on the cooking surface?

It says Woodfire on the top it’s not a woodfire bbq so that’s all false

I HATE TURKEY....the bird, that is. I avoid it at all cost. I bought the Ninja Pro XL smoker. Spatch- cocked Turkey with hickory chips and N'awlins Seasoning...the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Ribs hitting the grill tomorrow.
