Still looking for that 1000$ feature?
What grill brush do you recommend for a porcelain enamel grate?
Sear zone and removable pan are the winning features for this grill
Bought mine about a month ago and i have to say its very good small grill. 3 family home and nothing to ask more of it.
Great grill but buyers beware about 1 thing. All the accessories like grates, rack to add Weber Crafted, and basically anything that goes in the box, you need Series 200. The packaging in the stores is wrong! I have been going around and around with Weber about this for 3 months. because the grill is so new they have not updated the packaging for the Weber crafted items and the grates. The schematic shows a skinny rectangular grate along with a square grate that was supposed to come with the grill. however they sent me the 50\50 rectangular grates. apart from this the grill is great but getting the right set up to do anything has been a struggle!

Bought this last October once it started to cool down/freeze here in Wisconsin. Used it pretty much all winter long. This thing is amazing. Cooked all my steaks, brats and burgers and nothing ever took more than 10 minutes
After spending the last 10 years with my Weber Spirit 3-burner from 2015, the downgrade in cooking surface area is downright shocking in person. It really feels like a 2 burner from just a few years ago. Also who wants a removable grease tray from the back?
Great review - The only con I see is they now have the grease tray come out the rear. That is a pain in the Rear.
I have a 3-burner Genesis and my buddy just got this exact grill. The new Spirit seems to be an incredible value, and I can't even honestly claim the Genesis is a markedly better grill except for the larger grilling surface - if I were buying today, the Spirit would get my money without hesitation. I'd just have to figure out a way to mount up some casters.
I bought this grill 2 weeks ago! I have ONLY EVER BOUGHT AND OWNED A WEBER & LOVED THEM. However, NOW after using it only TWICE, I HAVE TO ADMIT, THIS IS THE WORST WEBER GRILL that, we have ever bought and owned! Afraid to mess with the Sear Zone! Already Got Too Many Burners, (3 burner tubes) Cramped into such a small grill. YES IT HEATS UP FAST & COOKS FAST. However, beware of the Flimsy Flavor Bars also NOT coated. Not the nice, heavy, coated ones you are use to, very light) And The New Flavorizer Bar in The VERY BACK OF THE BURNERS IS AWFUL!!! I went back & fourth for almost a WEEK trying to find out, IF gas was running through That Bar!!! Due to , Flames Dancing, Jumping, Running, Fluttering, Flickering ) NOBODY COULD GIVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER! I had to Google and Research it EVERYWHERE to find out, THE TRUTH! Weber was telling me, NOT to use the grill. I could NOT find ANY VIDEOS of what it SHOULD look like during burn off and grilling!! IT has been AWFUL, NOT KNOWING, IF WE MIGHT BLOW UP, IF WE USED IT!!!! I believe that, Weber pushed too many grills out at one time! NOBODY from Weber Customer Service, even KNOW which Grill you are talking about. (Even with the Serial Number and Model Number) Then I had to do a Virtual Video also, of lighting it, showing them it on Sear, Low, Medium and High. They STILL DID NOT KNOW. The Flavorizer Bar on THIS GRILL, HAS NO GAS RUNNING THROUGH IT!!!!! This grill has just been a disaster for us since we purchased it. IT was preassembled by Home Depot. The last one left in our City. The Cabinet is THIN with open slots in it. The Back is completely open with only 1 small bar holding it together. NO gas gauge tank holder thing to let you know when you are going to run out. Also WORST design is, the way it lights! Each burner tube has, its OWN electro switch to light each burner. As HOT as these grills get and lighting and cutting it off. I don't think this, will last long at all either. We are just very disappointed. And if you put it where you have to pull it away from a wall each time. Those cheap 2 plastic wheels and those light weight cheap sides that let up and down. Are going to break! Our last Weber lasted us over 20 years. I don't think this one is going to make it 5 years! We live in the woods and far out in the Country. We have snakes, rats, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, possums, Ferrell Cats and Ferrell Dogs, Foxes, Etc..... Anything can & will live in the bottom. Especially how the grease catcher and drip pan is totally redone. Anything and Everything WILL go after it! I grill Every Night, due to my husband is Diabetic. I am Totally RETHINKING IF I should take this back and buy ALL NEW EVERYTHING FOR OUR LARGER OLDER SPIRIT GRILL?!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know, WHAT or WHO happened to WEBER!? They have CHANGED EVERYTHING ABOUT WEBER!!!! THIS IS WHY, YOU SHOULD NEVER TRY TO CHANGE A GOOD THING!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED BY WEBER!!!!! I guess you NO LONGER get WHAT you pay for 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
I just bought the 325 literally today and got it nice and hot to burn off any factory residue or chemical chemicals on the metals… Then seasoned the holy poopoo out of it and it’s nice and gold inside there. Watching this inspired a lot of confidence. Maybe my eyes deceive me but the sides are plastic?…. I don’t know. I guess they wouldn’t do it if it was bad for it. But off the bat, it gets a lot hotter than my old less expensive grill
Thanks. Just finished putting my E325 together and am doing a first time burn off. Yep. The wheels are very so-so. I am cannibalizing an old grill I'm dumping so I have solid wheels I used on it from a hardware store. I think the is a good compliment to my primary mesquite burning Kamado. Great review!
Nice little grill - leave it to Weber. - I always look forward to your refreshing content Jeff - Oh gosh, the boys are sure growing up - You'll be doing your own assembly again before you know it - lol - Cheers!
It looks solid.
Just bought the E325 Stealth model from Lowe’s. It’s all black, 4 caster wheels, and a digital temperature readout. Will be using it this week for the first time.
it's like a toy in person- tin feels just a thin as the nexgrill that was parked next to it. also this line runs 600-900.
Part of the reason I got rid of my old Weber grill was because it was challenging to clean the inside and it took up a lot of space. Between the added sear zones, removable pan, hidden tank, and folding side tables... this is a perfect grill for a compact space.
Oh my! You crack me up. And those cheap wheels might be the ONLY reason we upgrade to the EP-325. I really wanted both side to collapse, but I need to be able to pull it out from the deck hand rails for heat protection.
Great content, sir! I just bought mine tonight and assembled it. I definitely agree with you on the wagon wheels. I also would add that even though it's not that heavy, using the fold table as a handle to slightly tilt it back on the wagon wheels for moving around, doesn't seem like the best idea. I am still happy with my purchase and am looking forward to getting my grill on!
