It’s 2am here in Australia and I’m watching the best bbq I’ve seen. Why am I doing this to myself 😩
Heavenly father I pray that you keep the person reading this alive safe healthy financially blessed amen ❤️❤️
As a long time resident of Austin I have eaten at this place MANY times over the last 40 years. One thing he didn't mention, and one of my favorite things about this place, is you can get select BBQ all you can eat for a reasonable price. As much as you can handle they keep bringing it out!
Man!!! Texas BBQ is just different! That brisket... watching this at midnight is rough.
Bbq,buckets of beer, family, friends, it's a way of life here in TEXAS. After a long work week filled with 10,12 hour days nothing beats relaxing with the family and go all out on bbq!! Thanks for showing this to the world, hopefully the world will bbq more, relax with family and friends. God bless!!
Their potato salad and cole slaw are german style, so vinegar based. They really go well with that bbq meat.
As someone who lives 5 minutes from here and goes regularly, this still makes me hungry
I am never ready for these videos to end :(
Each time we visit Austin , Salt Lick is a must for our visitors❤
OK, I always get hungry watching your videos but watching you eat the ribs and brisket in this one was almost unbearable, so mouthwatering
I always feel lucky to be born and raised in Texas
That Monster Texas Meat Pitt looks fascinating. That enormous structure could definitely hold a lot more meat the more you think about it.
Had my daughters rehearsal dinner @ Salt Lick with over a 100 guests, 1 of the very Best times of my life ! Family Friends & Food ! The Absolute Best !!!
Andrew Zimmern went there! I watched Bizarre Foods religiously for years, and I can see the inspiration that you get from that show
I live about 20 minutes away from The Salt Lick 😛 grew up with this stuff .
I went there 20 years ago. Two things to know: 1) It's(or was) a "dry" location, so you have to BYOB; 2) Their main sauce is mustard-based (ie, not Texas style). Overall, it was great and doesn't look like it has changed much.
I think billionaires dream of having this guy life. Best food reviewer on youtube.
Every time I visit Austin (about once a year) I visit the Salt Lick. But that's not all! If you're flying out of Austin, be sure to stop at the Salt Lick restaurant at the airport and order a brisket breakfast burrito - they are simply amazing!
Monster Texas meat pit. Sounds like my Ex.
I've been to saltlick, the bbq is definitely not the best but it is good. It's more hype and inflated prices. The scenery is nice and it's a great spot to relax with the family.
