The oil in the rice is too much, i would have eat because the food look delicious but the oil foaming is a no for me. I will advise you try and use good oil to cook, you’re too young, before you will start having cholesterol issues

I want to tell you your oil is foaming like this cause of your plastic spatula. Also using plastic in hot oil isn’t good for your health it can cause cancer god forbids Stay safe🤍
