Simple I will try this to see . Here in the north we make the best dawadawa jollof . Try frying the locust beans first before adding the onions and everything and add the one thing that takes it to the next level and also gives it the local taste vibe ( dried herrings ) the ones we normally use for shitto . Add it at the part where u put the water and extra salt or seasoning. U’ll love it .
