For me hardest ting right now is knife sharpening 😅 ive seen so many different people do it differently, so my brain cant focus on how to do it anymore

I always used the same method for diced but didn’t cut horizontally XD and didn’t know what to do when I got the the end - ish of the onion and free styled it and accidentally making the very uneven 😅 This advice is very helpful!!! 😊

After you cut them vertically, if you peel a layer back you will see the onion is cut into julienne pieces. So going horizontal into the onion after is not necessary. Just remember the thinner the slicers vertically the smaller the dice
