Great video Afzaal! I have a suggestion.....many of your fans in the US, UK and Latin America don't understand Hindi but watch your videos and follow your recipes. I think it would really help all your fans/followers and subscribers if you include captions in English so that they can understand everything you are saying.

Thank you for spreading your knowledge with us. This was a very anticipated video and you did a great job presenting the different spices. Its sad to see how the spices, which are grown in Pakistan, and are easily accessible to the people, are mixed with soo much junk. The benefits of all the spices are extracted and useless products are sold to its people. Here in Canada, the FDA bans multiple things from Pakistan with the same reason that they are mixed with dangerous chemicals. We are hoping that one day, the country of Pakistan regulates the production and authenticity of their products, so that the true benefit of the food items can be enjoyed by its own people aswell and not just exported.

Thanks brother for the knowledge. Anyone can copy and execute a recipe but as you said a real cook, tries to make his own dish by doing test and trial and for that we really needed this basics so shukria.
