I tried the π―% kobe beef in Kobe Japan. Tenderloin with lots of marbling. Cooked medium rare. It's really melts in my mouth and you can really taste the quality of the meat. The best food experience ever. Now the level of my standard of eating steak is very high.π

You forgot to mention the oil he uses which is very important for the flavor and cookingβ¦.
seems like a tough cut tbh, and not much of marbling action too either Iβm used to viewing YouTube-grade wagyu or itβs that 10$ cut guga was talking about

Wagyu originated in Japan (hence the name), so why do they have to train in Paris to cook it? That does not make sense...

FDA defines minimum safe temperature for beef is 145F plus 3 minutes rest. This is far less. It is raw and unsafe. It is unbelievable people will eat raw meat because it is a social media hype and sold expensive. I bet people would eat sh!t if it was promoted and sold in expensive. Like the guy who was selling the throwing salt on his forearm and idiots were lining up in his restaurants.
