I think the reason why they don't is the purpose of pepper soup as medicinal. The starches of noodle feed bad bacteria. That is the reason why I don't.

I think most people got U wrong.....most Asians actually make noodles like this...in a kind of soup. Being that you lived in Vietnam or Thailand (can't recall)...it's possible U had some noodles like this.😊
