Think traditional pepper soup - but take out the yam and put in noodles, just like a bowl of mi in Vietnam. If you love Nigerian food, street food experiments, or creative fusion cooking, this one’s for you. Watch to see: – How I made Nigerian beef pepper soup from scratch – How I turned it into a noodle dish – The final taste test (was it a hit or chaos?) Let me know in the comments - would you try this? And what Nigerian dish should I remix next? “If you touch yourself on the eye, you’re dead, I swear, wallaih’😂🤣 I watched that portion five times to be sure I heard right. You’ve been bitten by the Naija bug! Good job with the pepper soup 👍
Inspiring. That is what am eating for dinner
😂😂😂😂😂😂walahi! But this looks very nice, and I'm sure it will taste nice too... well done 👍🏿
I would really like this. There is a version of noodles that when prepared comes out as a noodles soup too but not like a mix of pepper soup like you made it. Welldone on you innovations on Nigerian food. Now when we try this out your name will definitely come up.
12/10 for flavour.
Great pairing. Thanks.
Young lady, you might be on your way to starting your restaurant in Nigeria. So stop giving your secret away. Just cook it for the people around you and see their reaction. If they love it, then start thinking about making it a business. So many great companies started with a simple idea like yours
I like this pepper soup customization! I like!

It was an amazing sight to see. I like the quantity of the habanero pepper (Ata Rodo) you used. Just hoping it wasn’t too spicy for you. Nice work. Kudos to 10 Analytics your sponsor too
