There is no need to "smuggle" anything. You pay for that lounge access, either through membership or your frequent flyer status. You can literally ask for a to go box from the staff.

Is it really smuggling tho? The fact that you are allowed in the lounge means that you're also allowed to consume the food, it's there for you to take and eat And taking food to the plane is not forbidden, just the same as if you bought Starbucks and brought it to the plane

How come you don’t just bring those giant ziplock bags. That’s what I do and we just stuff food into them. Cookies, sandwiches, Mac and cheese, anything.

Tbh between lounge food and airplane food (long haul) it's more than enough. You don’t have to do that. Just eat at the lounge. It's simple and food is still fresh.
