I’ve been making black bean brownies for years. They are so much better than a boxed brownie mix and day!! Try adding a 1/2 teaspoon of ground instant coffee. It really brings out the chocolate flavor.
3:48 she just casually drops multiple life changing parchment paper hacks I never even considered
These were very good. I made them. Followed the directions and am very happy with the results, Tasty and rich.
Don't know if anyone else has said it, wet the parchment paper. Scrunch it, run water on it, wring it out, and place it in pan. Stays in place.
Im going to the store and get my black beans right now and try this❤OK got my black beans and the rest of the stuff BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY CAME OUT PRETTY AMAZING 😮 I can't believe they are made with beans 😂😂😂
What was that sorcery of you cutting the baking paper by flipping the tin over and it fit perfectly 😮
I think these would disappear before they made it to the freezer 😂
Chinese use a lot of bean paste in sweet breads
Your recipe is full of things I like to eat. I love maple syrup, but in this instance, I would use date syrup.
I’ve made a few vegan black bean brownie recipes. Your recipe will be my next one. Thank you!!
*Thank you so much* for watching, commenting, and being here! 🧡I read all your comments and try to respond to as many as I can. Many of you have asked about nutritional information and substitutions so hopefully this will provide some guidance. *Calories & Macros per brownie* (16 servings) based on the specific ingredients I used and calculated via myfitnesspal app: 120 Cal | 4g Protein | 19g Carbs | 4g Fat (there are 6 grams of fiber in each brownie too) *Substitutions* * Nut Butter: Tahini or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version. Peanut butter works too for a less expensive nut butter. I like almond butter or even cashew butter because they are more neutral in flavor, but I know that ups the cost. * Dates: For a more budget-friendly, date-free version, check out my earlier black bean brownie recipe from a few years ago /kxIR0aT8EeE?si=9n3sSVZwtseHfRdc. It's an oldie but a goodie! If you watch it, drop a comment there so I know you came from this video 👀
I think a dash of cayenne pepper would add a great little taste. That looks amazing!
Dry Dates: I like to steam them. Stovetop or microwave. THANKS! I want to try this recipe!
This came across my feed, and I decided impulsively to make them. The oven is preheating right now and the batter is ready to go. It tastes AMAZING. I used some peanut butter because I guess I'm out of almond butter, and pecans because I can't find my walnuts 😅
Will be trying this. Love how you cut the parchment paper to fit the corners. I never did that nor do i know how to do that lol.
Okay I did NOT expect black beans to turn into something that looks this good 😅 definitely trying this. Love that it’s simple ingredients and no refined sugar too.
Those look so good. Definitely going to try those
I made them!!! Oh my word!!! So yummy!! Thanks again!! I need healthy recipes with beans and lentils, so thanks again!!
Love how you cut the parchment paper! Thank you for this recipe. I’m looking forward to trying these. Will definitely make and SHARE, otherwise,I will eat the whole pan of them!
