Just to make it clear for everyone, we don't need to have all 9 amino acids in the single meal. If we eat variety of different foods throughout the day, our body will absorb all the amino acids it needs through different foods. And also, please don't worry about the bio-availability part, there are multiple studies showing people eating plant-based protein building same amount of muscle mass as a meat eater. Not even mentioning the multiple issues with methods of counting bio-availability(PDCAAS and DIAAS). Just keep your diet simple. Incorporate grains, legumes, veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds. Also, please take B12 supplement. Trust me it's important.
This girl is trying to make the world healthy and happy. This video is really a research work put to be seen
If possible please make a video on Vitamin B12 and how a vegetarian should maintain it without consuming dairy. Also please explain the science behind vitamin B12 how it is generated in the body and how it is related to a lot of body issues if not maintained the requirement properly. Please please please 🙏 I'm a B12 deficient person because of which I also get low himoglobin and many a times I have to depend on supplement. Edit : thank you to each one of you who'll responded to my comment, I hope that satvik movement would make one video dedicated to this topic 🙏
Vote for calcium rich food ❤️

What u have missed talking about is the amount of carbs each of these protein sources have? As much as the protein requirement was met, what was the total carb and calories intake of these people?
0:12:-bhuna chana 0:58 :- peanuts 1:44 :- cooked peas 3:39 :- sprouts 5:53 :- Sattu drink 8:01 :- red lentil tofu 10:27 :- besan ka cheela 12:25 :- soya 14:27 :- plant protien powder 17:20 :- watermelon seed paneer
Please reach out to more and more schools and parents , so that our country's youth get healthier.
to the people arguing about just having these as the main diet You may have misunderstood the intent of the video. She clearly mentioned that these protein sources are meant to be added on top of a basic diet, not to replace it. A normal Indian meal already provides some protein (~16–20g), and this was just to help people improve their intake—especially in plant-based diets. That said, I do agree with one important point: people should not focus only on protein. A balanced diet includes carbohydrates, fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, all of which are essential for proper energy, digestion, and overall health. She is just opening a new idea for protein intake, she did not say to just have these come-on
This video is a perfect example of how we maintain our daily protein naturally by nature without harming someone Perfect blend of humanity and health thanks satvic team to sharing this
I don't say this hardly to any other program presenter. YOU are such a sweetheart. Straight to the point. Short and Sweet. No long.stretched BS, nonrepetitious. TY for being YOU.
Satvic movement team always come with new ideas to help us in all possible way..But some people still criticise them.. It takes so much hard work to create such eye catching videos with research..Hats off 🫡 and salute to this team 🙏🙏🙏.. ❤️❤️❤️ More and more love and wishes..
10:36 Yes besan gives more protein but what about carbs? Eggs are lean protein, giving less calories for 12 grams of protein where in besan you consume a LOT of calories to get that protein. It's not like you take protein and forget about everything else. By that logic rice also has 4 grams of protein per 100 gram. I can make a video about how you can eat half a kg rice and get 20 grams protein wow. It has to be a lean protein
Hats off to you !! Satvic movement is really really doing great work so much love ❤
Can you make a video on B12 vitamin
Watermelon seed paneer surprised me a lot.😊😊 Thank you.
Attention everyone 🙏Don't take shining fruits, it has a shellac (wax) coating over it which involves insects cruelty..
Please include Roasted Soybeans, which contain ~45g protein per 100g. I'm surprised that's missed here
You’re missing an important vegetable - winged bean. It’s an ancient crop from India that has largely been forgotten due to modern industrial agriculture and marketing trends. It contains protein levels comparable to soy, but without some of the astringent or anti-nutritional concerns people often associate with soy
