Ingredients: Chicken wings Cuso’s Maple Bourbon Seasoning Optional: sauce for tossing Instructions: 1. Break down chicken wings into drums and flats 2. Place wings on a wire rack and air dry in the fridge for a few hours or overnight for crispier skin. 3. Season generously with Cuso’s Maple Bourbon or your favorite seasoning. 4.
