Honestly im in yr 8 amd ur 6 or primary were some of the peel times of my life just enjoy the last moments ❤

As a year 7, you guys have got this! The only bad part is when you have them first thing in the morning because its so tiring but anyway, you can do it! Year 6 is so much fun, even if you dont do well, carry on like you did because even looking at the paper is so hard so celebrate even if you "fail"! Im cheering you on all the way!

Year 9 here. My advice is dont stress cos after that test, you'll probably be doing fun stuff for the rest of the day (depends on ur school)

To all those year 6s don’t worry I did my sats 3 years ago and it was completely normal there is nothing to worry about and I’m sure you’ll do amazing your teachers have prepared you and everything your gonna smash this!!

I’m doing my GCSEs next year so my SATs are long gone. But I will never forget primary school. I didn’t realise at the time, but primary school was one of the best times in my life. So much fun and laughter. And for the most part everyone in your class/year got along. Not much drama. Just good times. I really wish I cherished those moments more. There isn’t much I regret from back then, but there are a couple of things that I really wish I’d done differently, or not done at all. So let this be my message to anyone in primary school/ year 6: Live life. Have fun. Make the most out of these years you’ve got at primary school. It might not seem like it at times, but it really is an amazing adventure and a great part of your life. When you get to secondary school, nothing will be the same. And it won’t be how you imagine it. So please, take advantage of the time you’ve got left at primary school - whether you’re in your last few months of Year 6, or you’re lower down in the school - and just have fun. Don’t stress about stuff. It’s not a big deal. You’re still children. You don’t need to worry about stuff. You shouldn’t worry about stuff. Please. Just make the most of it, because before you know it, it will all be over and you might not get to see some of your friends/classmates if you head off to different secondary schools. Say yes to that trip, go out with your friends, finally do that one thing you said you were going to do but never got around to. Just enjoy life. Cherish those moments, big or small. Because from here, you only get older, school gets harder, you make friends but you also lose friends. From here, there are so many highs but also a whole lot of lows. But let me tell you this, most of the highs in my life came from primary school. And for the Year 6’s specifically (including my little brother) - don’t stress about SATs. They really are not a big deal. Just do your best, and that’s all that matters. As long as you try your hardest, the outcome/results aren’t important. SATs are only there for secondary schools to see your learning progress. You’ve got this. Every single one of you. Stay strong. Stay fun ❤
