As someone who's working on the food industry, don't always put a plus at "the food came lighting fast". The faster it comes, the readier the food is, meaning they could have cooked something way way before serving it(which we do on specifically products but not on everything) and it also means that the food might be pre-cooked frozen at some cases. I would say, if you go to a fancy restaurant with actually high quality of food, 30mins for the main course to come would be like an acceptable time, considered what you get to eat.

I sat in the same seat you sat in at Mom's Spaghetti when I was there last year. Great views, but I agree I don't think spending $23 on those sandwiches is worth it 🤣

6:20 hints of chocolate In mole, especially from the region of Oaxaca is very common and delicious. Your taste buds just aren’t accustomed to the taste but the enchiladas looked great.

The trejo tacos are way way cheaper than I thought 36$ for 6 tacos, a shrimp quesadilla 2 horchatas, and churros LIKE WHAT THATS almost as cheap as McDonald’s.
