The bacon looks magical and the pie, dreamy. I wouldn't pay $55 for a burger though, I've had a transcendent cheese burger in Louisiana for $5. Sadly, the place closed down, it was inside a truck stop. I don't know if they relocated or not though because I had it while traveling for work. We ate there semi regularly, but it closed suddenly. Wagyu burgers are just a ridiculous way to upcharge! It's all ground beef and whoever makes it decides the fat to meat ratio, doesn't mean it's not quality, but you can get quality for alot cheaper!

If you're ever in Colorado, you should try Currents in Salida! They're really good, and they vary the specials based on who's working and each one has something they specialize in. Also their double fudge brownie is the best one I think I've ever had
