People always call lions ‘brave’ here, but imagine being a young elephant surrounded by 30 predators and still refusing to give up. That’s a different level of courage.
Did anyone notice how the Lions completely changed their hunting formation once they realized the sheer scale and thick skin of the Young Elephant? The tactical adaptation here is insane. Incredible footage by BBC Earth!
I was literally holding my breath. A single mistake from either side would mean immediate disaster. The tension here is unreal!

That calf didn't go back to his herd. The herd didn't come to rescue. This is not one moment of poor judgment. The whole process of taking down an elephant must take some time. They have enough time to respond correctly after panic I thought elephants are intelligent...
Lion's are brave as hell..doing against blind giants. Thats why they are the King!
