If you want cake pops to taste exactly like starbucks, use cream cheese instead of frosting/buttercream! You can't taste it at all and makes the cake itself more soft and creamy, It lets the melted chocolate taste compliment it better :) and still tastes very sweet!

You don't actually have to use buttercream at all if you blend the cake while it's still hot. The steam will bring the consistency to the same as if you used buttercream.

bonus tip: i recommend freezing the cake pops for 10 minutes after putting the sticks in so that the cakepops dont fall when dunking them into icing

If you don’t have coconut oil, butter works just fine! It’ll melt the chocolate the exact same way.

In my opinion, I think that every way to make a cake pop is beyond easy 🤷♀️ 1. Just make any cake you want crumble it up with icing. Mold it into a ball and dip in candy melts. 😊 Simple 🥰
