This is the best cake baking tutorial I have ever attended or watched. No one else has discussed and demonstrated determining and correcting the oven temperature; the importance of, and how to level the oven; temperature for anodized vs non-anodized pans; etc. Thank you.
I can’t believe this is even free. Lol. I love this man. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Best teacher out there, thanks for sharing your wisdom with us.👍
Authentic Baking class..... These things they didnt taught even in months in baking institutes. Superb sir!! ... Hats off to your explanation. Such a loyal person to his profession..
I don't know what happened to this gentleman but God bless you for keeping these videos up. Am just starting cake making and decorating hoping to start my own little side business and your videos are the most informative I've found on YouTube. Thank you.
I’ve baked and decorated for 20 years and yet I learned so much from this video! Looking forward to watching the rest! So glad I found them. Thank you!!!
I followed all the steps and instructions you talked about and for the first time I made a real cake... it came out perfectly and am really proud of myself. Thank you very much for the tutorial.
I just love how he explains the "whys" of everything!
Five minutes in and I’ve learned so much already! No wonder ppl say baking is difficult, they start off neglecting all these elements! Thanks for the vid!
Oh Chef I am so glad you've started this series, it's invaluable priceless information! Thank you so much for your kindness, I will keep an eye on the videos. Also, so glad to find out that what I've been doing is right (I get frustration that the cake would 'deflate' when cooling down in the pan), now I know it's because it's actually well balanced. Big hugs! *Can't wait for the next videos!* :)
These videos relax me. Similar to Bob Ross.
I have been going through your tutorials. I am 44yo and have never baked a cake. Now I am making cakes from scratch because of your videos. I cant thank you enough for teaching me to do something everyone should do just for the serenity of it. Thanks so much Chef Tetreault!
