The thing is is that his cake actually looks moist. It looks like it’s not dry. I’ve seen him on a cooking show. He’s very skilled. He knows what he’s doing. I trust that his cakes taste amazing.❤

I really appreciate how you don't just make a dry cake, with a little melted chocolate as the filling and hella fondant, because I've seen a lot of people that make videos of hiper realistic cakes make exactly that and it seems like they don't even eat it!! 😢
